Reservations and Seating
Is there a dress code? We do not have a dress code.
Do you keep tables for walk-ins? Yes, you can walk in without a reservation as we do have some tables that are available on a first-come first-serve basis. However, we always advise to book to avoid disappointment.
Can I book more than one table for the same party? Multiple bookings for the same party will unfortunately not be honoured.
Can you book the terrace? Sadly, we are unable to take reservations for our outside terrace, tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis
Menu and Dietary Requirements
Do you have a children’s menu? Yes, we do have a separate menu tailored to children. Please visit our menu page to find out more. Please note that we can offer highchairs if needed. Children’s seats are included in your overall table number. We’re on hand to help!
Do you accommodate allergies? All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or a manager.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free options? Our menu includes a variety of gluten-free options. Please visit our menu page on our website to view our menus in full.
Are any of your dishes Halal? Sadly, our dishes are not Halal.
When is the Prix-Fixe menu available? Our Prix-Fixe menu is available all-day Monday to Friday. Enjoy 2 courses for 19.75 or 3 courses for 24.75.
Accessibility and Amenities
Do you have wheelchair access? Absolutely, the restaurant building is accessible from the street to wheelchair users as well as our toilets located on the ground floor.
May I just come in for a drink? Yes, we welcome our guests for just a coffee or cocktail at any time of the day.
Do you allow dogs? We welcome our canine friends in the bar, on the terrace and the front room of our restaurants. Guide dogs are welcome throughout our restaurant.
Can I request a quiet table? Do contact our reservations department either online via our website, or by phone and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Location and Parking
What is the closest tube station? The closest tube station is St John’s Wood. Which is a short 8-minute walk from the restaurant.
What is the nearest car park? Unfortunately, Soutine does not have a private car park, the nearest car park is the Q-Park St John’s Wood located on Kingsmill Terrace.
How close are you to Lord’s Cricket Ground? We are around a 5-minute walk from the ground. To find out more about our opening times during the cricket season, visit here.

What is your nearest park? We are very lucky to be situated so close to some of London’s best parks. We are 15-minutes from Primrose Hill and 8-minutes from the popular Regents Park.
Service and Charges
Do you have a standard service charge? Our standard discretionary service charge is 12.5% and this is automatically added to all bills.
Do waiters get the service charge? All gratuities are managed by an independent professional third-party Troncmaster for The Wolseley Hospitality Group and are distributed to the staff.
